With advancements in geocoding, HomeInfoMax now offers Google API maps that add content to the map through a variety of services. We also have included a link to MSN’s Bing Bird’s Eye view map, where available. These links are present not only for all property types, including Homeowners Lists, but Free County Facts pages have now been integrated with links to Google API maps as well.

In addition to searching with the Street Address and the Assessor’s Parcel Number, HomeInfoMax always offered searching with the current owner name; now the owner name search has been expanded to a statewide level! Prior to this the widest area for any search was limited to County and State – imagine possibilities when an entire State can be searched having only the name of the current property owner. This sort of search request will locate real properties under a specific person or entity throughout every covered County in a given State. All report types are supported under this search method. The statewide search is automatically included in all subscription plans at no extra cost.
